here’s a new song from my solo project (Remember Me). I recorded this with my friend Aric Ficek at MSUM in Moorhead, MN. This is a demo for the new full-length album, but I may be placing this recording on a split record with Andrew Johnathan.
lyrics
Three sheets and slurring words again,
All I want is to lay in your bed.
And is this really me?
21 and no sense of security.
And I can hardly breathe
Must be my anxiety
You peer at me across the snow,
All I want is to walk you home,
and place your hand in mine,
and all we’ve got is time.
And I can hardly breathe
Must be my anxiety
And this bogus town
Has gotten me down,
and who the fuck am I
to think you’ll give me a try?
And I can hardly breathe
Must be my anxiety
My anxiety

This is one of my FAVORITE independent artists. Great lo-fi, indie folk, drone noisey stuff. Great for fans of old Brights Eyes or the Microphones, etc. Remember Me
One of my favorite local Fargo/Moorhead bands, great mathy indie/screamo stuff. You can really feel the passion in Dylan's lyrics and the way they leave his mouth! Remember Me
Darrel was one of my best friends while I was living down in Wahpeton/Breckenridge, and we were in numberous bands together. This album is a very meaningful album to me, because we have been so close. Remember Me
